PhysioFlow is a clinic management platform designed to help physiotherapy clinics manage their operations, including patient records, scheduling, staff management, financial records, reports, and other clinic-related functions made available through the platform.

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account.

You must notify PhysioFlow promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Each clinic is responsible for ensuring that the information entered into PhysioFlow is accurate, lawful, and collected and processed with any permissions or legal basis required by applicable law.

The clinic remains responsible for its professional, clinical, administrative, and financial decisions.

PhysioFlow is a clinic management platform and does not replace professional clinical judgment or professional healthcare responsibilities.

Access to certain PhysioFlow services may require a paid subscription.

The applicable subscription plan, price, billing period, and included features will be displayed before payment.

Features available to a clinic may depend on the subscription plan selected.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers, including Paymob and supported payment networks.

The amount payable will be displayed before the customer confirms payment.

Successful payment confirms that the payment transaction has been received or authorized, but does not necessarily constitute final activation of a PhysioFlow account.

Where applicable, account activation may remain subject to PhysioFlow's verification and approval process.

Users must not use PhysioFlow:

• for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• to gain unauthorized access to another account or system;
• to interfere with the security or operation of the platform;
• to upload or distribute malicious software;
• in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

PhysioFlow may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users, or comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

PhysioFlow aims to provide reliable access to the platform.

However, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party service interruptions, internet connectivity problems, security requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The PhysioFlow name, software, platform design, branding, and related intellectual property belong to their respective lawful owners and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization.

Certain PhysioFlow functions may depend on third-party providers, including payment processors, hosting providers, communication services, and other infrastructure providers.

Use of these services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

PhysioFlow may suspend or terminate access where required because of a serious violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, security concerns, payment issues, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

PhysioFlow may update these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, security requirements, or business operations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
