Dashboard Overview
The Inventory Dashboard provides a real-time summary of total inventory items, low-stock items, total inventory value, and monthly stock movements. These statistics update automatically as inventory changes.
Inventory Items
Each inventory item contains detailed information, including item name, category, SKU, current stock quantity, unit of measurement, reorder level, unit cost, total stock value, stock status, and last update.
Common clinic supplies include treatment beds, exercise bands, ultrasound gel, dry needles, disposable gloves, facial tissues, examination table paper, hand sanitizer, cleaning and disinfectant supplies, electrotherapy accessories, and towels and linens.
Stock Monitoring
PhysioFlow continuously monitors inventory levels. When an item's available quantity reaches or falls below its predefined reorder level, the system automatically flags it as a low-stock item, allowing staff to reorder supplies before they run out.
Stock Movements
Every inventory change is recorded, including new purchases, manual stock adjustments, item consumption, stock corrections, and returns. This creates a complete audit trail of inventory activity.
