The My Profile page allows each user to manage their personal account information independently without affecting other staff members or clinic settings.

Personal Information
Users can update their own profile, including profile picture, first and last name, email address, phone number, and personal avatar. Keeping your profile information current helps maintain accurate communication across the clinic.
Change Password
Users can securely change their password at any time by entering their current password, a new password, and a password confirmation. This helps maintain account security and protects access to clinic data.
Team Participation
The Participate as a Team Member option determines whether the account owner is included as an active therapist or staff member within the clinic.
When enabled, the user appears in the Team list, can be assigned appointments, is included in scheduling, and may receive sessions like any other therapist.
When disabled, the account remains active and historical data is preserved, but the user is removed from therapist scheduling and cannot receive new appointments.
This option is especially useful for clinic owners or managers who occasionally provide treatment sessions but may later switch to administrative responsibilities only.
Account Menu
From the profile menu, users can quickly access My Profile, Clinic Settings, Team Management, Organization Settings, Change Password, and Logout. This menu provides quick access to the most commonly used account and administration features.
Best Practice
Keep your personal information updated and use a strong password for your account. Enable Team Participation only if you actively treat patients or need to appear in the clinic schedule. Otherwise, disable it to keep therapist schedules accurate while preserving your administrative access.
