Patient Overview

At the top of the profile you can quickly review patient status, total completed sessions, cancelled appointments, no-show history, attendance rate, last visit, upcoming appointment, and outstanding balance. These indicators help therapists and reception staff understand the patient's progress before treatment begins.

General Information

Store the patient's demographic information, including personal details, contact information, emergency contacts, and registration details.

Medical Information

Record important clinical information such as diagnosis, medical history, allergies, medications, contraindications, and treatment goals.

Sessions

View the complete appointment history, including previous appointments, upcoming sessions, attendance history, and session outcomes.

Financial

Track all financial activity for the patient, including session charges, payments received, remaining balance, and financial history.

Files

Upload and organize patient documents such as X-rays, MRI scans, ultrasound reports, laboratory results, referral letters, insurance documents, and clinical photographs. Files remain attached to the patient's record for future reference.

Clinical Documents

Therapists can upload structured clinical documentation, including initial assessments, reassessments, functional evaluations, outcome measures, and treatment plans.

Progress Notes

After each treatment session, therapists can record a session summary, patient response, progress updates, clinical observations, home exercise recommendations, and treatment modifications. These notes create a continuous treatment timeline that can be reviewed by authorized staff.

Timeline

The Timeline provides a chronological view of everything related to the patient, including appointments, uploaded documents, payments, and clinical notes, making it easy to review the patient's complete treatment journey.

Appointment Actions

From the patient profile you can also book a new session, edit patient information, upload new files, review financial status, and manage clinical documentation.

Best Practice

Encourage therapists to complete progress notes immediately after every session to maintain an accurate clinical record and improve continuity of care.
