Patient Directory
The patient list displays essential information, including:
- Patient name.
- Medical Record Number (MRN).
- Gender.
- Age.
- Phone number.
- Current status.
- Registration date.
Search and Filters
Quickly locate patients by name, mobile number, or Medical Record Number (MRN). Additional filters allow sorting by patient status, gender, and registration date.
Registering a New Patient
Select Add Patient to create a new patient record. The registration form can include:
- Full name.
- Date of birth.
- Gender.
- Mobile number.
- Email address.
- Address.
- Emergency contact.
- Medical information.
- Insurance details (if applicable).
Contact Information
Patient phone numbers are stored securely and can be used for communication. If WhatsApp reminders are enabled, appointment notifications can be sent directly to the patient's registered mobile number to reduce missed appointments.
